Premier Distributing Company ("PDC") an exclusive distributor of Anheuser Busch products. Headquarters are based in Albuquerque, New Mexico with branch locations in Santa Fe, Las Cruces, Farmington, Gallup an Clovis. PDC was formed in 1982, and has grown the Anheuser Busch market share from 26% to over 60% today.
DYK Automotive, LLC
DYK Automotive is a nationwide automotive aftermarket distributor providing branded and private label packaged oil, chemicals, parts and accessories to various customer channels and markets. The various divisions include AP Auto, Keltner Enterprises and Superior Automotive, each of whom has over 50 years of successful operating history. The Company headquarters are in Memphis, TN. The Company is actively seeking add-on acquisitions to expand its channels, products and geographic reach.
Strategic Behavioral Health, LLC
Strategic Behavioral Health (SBH) was formed in 2006. It owns and operates behavioral health care facilities and related ancillary services. SBH has a presence in North Carolina, Colorado and Tennessee. Headquarters are based in Memphis. Current operations include a Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility as well as an Acute Geriatric Behavioral Facility. The Company expects to add services to these facilities as well as add several facilities through acquisitions and organic growth over the coming years. SBH's CEO, Jim Shaheen, has over 15 years of experience in this industry as an operator and executive.
JHD Dental, LLC
JHD Dental, LLC ("JHD") is a dental practice management company founded in 2008. JHD is focused on serving the general dentistry needs of children in the Southeastern U.S. In particular, the company has a mission of providing affordable dental care of the highest quality to disadvantaged children between the ages of one and twenty-one. The company currently has two clinics with plans to expand by 15-20 over the coming years.
Potter Electric Signal Co.
Potter Electric is a market leading manufacturer of fire sprinkler monitoring, security, fire and industrial controls. The company is based in St. Louis and has over a one hundred year history. Operations are international in scope with a physical presence in the United States, Europe and Asia. Product categories include pressure switches, fire and security alarm panels, notifying devices and valve control devices. The Dobbs family is a significant minority principal investor and is represented on the Potter Board of Directors. The company is actively seeking add-on acquisitions of companies and product lines for its portfolio.

Three Rivers Holdings, Inc.
Three Rivers Holdings, Inc. is the holding company for the family's interest in Unison Health Plans. When sold in 2008, the Three Rivers Holdings' HMO subsidiaries were engaged in the Medicaid and/or Medicare health plan business in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Tennessee, Delaware and South Carolina serving approximately 385,000 members.
Dobbs Automotive
Dobbs Automotive was started by the family and a partner in 1921 and was held for seventy-eight years. In the 1950s and 1960s, the company was the largest seller of Ford vehicles in the U.S. and had as many as 50 Ford dealerships from Puerto Rico to Hawaii. When sold in 1999 to AutoNation, Dobbs Automotive had over 22 dealerships (Toyota, Lexus, Honda as well as domestic brands). For many years, it was among the largest multi-location dealerships in the United States.
Dobbs Houses / Dobbs International
Dobbs Houses was started as a restaurant franchise and grew further into an airline catering company over time. It became one of the largest airline catering companies in the world with operations as far as Europe and Africa. The business eventually went public on the NYSE and was ultimately sold to Squibb Meyers in the 1970s.
